If you are like the majority of Americans, you probably resolved to lose weight and/or get in shape. Keeping that New Year’s resolution just got easier, thanks to The Seattle Medium. The news magazine put together a list of 7 Inspiring YouTube Channels For Senior Fitness. Each program is geared specifically to seniors looking for safe ways to stay fit. Of course, anyone can do these exercise programs, which tend to feature low impact workouts ideal for people with arthritis or those with mobility issues. Keep in mind, you should always talk to your doctor before embarking on any new fitness plan.

One downside to these senior fitness programs is that all of the exercises are done indoors, so you can’t use snow or cold weather as an excuse any longer!
