Bernie Sanders on expanding Social Security

Bernie Sanders, sponsor of the Social Security Expansion Act, thinks Social Security benefits and COLAs should be increased, and minimum payments for low-income seniors should be increased. He believes this plan will allow all seniors to retire with dignity and respect.
