These Retirees Are Real Page Turners

The residents of a Dallas-area retirement community came up with a clever way to raise money to support a local hospice program. According to a feature story by WFAA, the idea came after watching the movie Calendar Girls, where a group of British women posed nude for a charity calendar. So, they decided to pose for their own slightly risqué calendar.

The ladies of Presbyterian Village North did not bare all, but it sure looks like they did. The 2026 calendar, titled “Timeless Beauties — Barely Seasoned and Fabulous,” features more than 25 residents tastefully posed (not actually naked but appearing to be). Flipping through the months, you will see the ladies taking part in various activities such as “skinny dipping” in the fitness center swimming pool, playing Mah Jongg in the game room, enjoying a lightly clothed happy hour, and much more.

The Seniors Trust is committed to improving the lives and financial well-being of older Americans through the passage of the Social Security Expansion Act. It will give retirees an immediate benefits increase of about $200 a month, a fair annual COLA, increased minimum benefits, and ensure the long-term solvency of the Social Security program.
