Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, many Social Security Administration offices are closed to walk-ins. While limited in-person appointments are available, Yahoo! Finance found the best way to handle your Social Security affairs is probably by phone or online. Most issues can be handled through the agency’s telephone-automated services available 24-hours a day or through your my Social Security account. If you are unable to rectify your issues with their online services or by phone, then you might need to make an in-person appointment.
