With about 61 million people collecting Social Security benefits each month, the government agency produces a lot of paperwork. You can help the Social Security Administration go paperless by signing up for its online communications. This short video explains how you can opt out of receiving mailed messages by using the Message Center. It can all be done through your my Social Security account and it only takes a minute or two.

While you’re at it, why not click over to The Seniors Trust website and sign the online petition calling on Congress to pass the Social Security Expansion Act? The Seniors Trust is committed to increasing Social Security benefits, implementing a fair Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA), and legally guaranteeing the current and future benefits of all Social Security recipients.
