It’s no secret that the Social Security Administration (SSA) is not known for its customer service. That may soon change. The SSA is now looking to the NFL for advise.

According to a story by National Interest, the agency has approached the Baltimore Ravens. The football team has a reputation for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to its fans. The SSA is hoping to take examples of how the Ravens used data insight to better serve their fans and apply it to improve how the agency serves Social Security recipients.
